We’re excited for a big January ahead at 168. Welcome back to everyone who took a break over the holidays, we’re ready to kick the year off strong with you. New goals, fresh energy, same community.


Australia Day falls on Monday 26th January, and we’ll be running a Saturday schedule on the day. Come in, train, and get on with the rest of your long-weekend plans.

Whether you’re competing or cheering, it’s set to be a great day on the platform

You don’t need a new year to set new goals. You can draw a line in the sand at any point. But January is a powerful prompt. A natural pause. A moment to reflect, reset, and decide what you want more (or less) of this year. Use it as a starting point, not a pressure point.
