Training partners

At One Six Eight, we encourage sharing equipment and training with partners because fitness lasts longer when it’s shared.


Training alongside someone else creates natural motivation. You move with more intent, rest with more purpose, and often push a little harder than you would alone. Partner workouts and shared stations aren’t about convenience; they’re about connection. They’re where friendships form, accountability grows, and familiar faces become the people who notice when you don’t show up.


Over time, those shared efforts and conversations between sets are what keep people consistent long after motivation fades. Whenever possible, share your space, share your equipment, and share the experience. Because strong communities build strong people.

🏁 THE CROSSFIT OPEN IS LIVE


Registration for the 2026 CrossFit Open is officially open, and yes, this is for everyone! The Open is fun, inclusive, and one of the best ways to train, challenge yourself, and feel part of something bigger.


We’ll be running Open workouts every Friday evening, and in the lead-up we’ll also be programming Open-style Fridays so you can get familiar with the vibe, the format, and the movement standards.


Whether it’s your first Open or your fifth, you’re welcome here.
